I am responsible for running Usability Testing in Globoforce. We test our product web site and its new features twice a month, each second Friday.
To run the test we always need new people, who are not familiar with our product. It means that we are in a constant search for people to participate in usability testing in our office (Parkwest, Dublin).
What is Usabiltity Testing?
Usability testing is a technique used in design/development to evaluate a product by testing it on users.
Rather than showing users a rough draft and asking, "Do you understand this?", usability testing involves watching people trying to use something for its intended purpose.
In other words, you come to us and I invite you to do some tasks on our website. You do it and I watch it. That’s it!
Standard testing session takes a half an hour or less.
We normally ask 3 people per Friday to participate in usability testing.
Our standard time slots are:
2.30 – 3.00pm
3.15 – 3.45pm
4.00 – 4.30pm
Each participant will receive a €50 gift voucher for taking part in the usability testing.
Just give me a shout if you are interested – oksana.popova@globoforce.com

It's the start of something big!

We're delighted to announce our newest team member Eric Greene has now joined Globoforce. He brings his many years of UI and UX experience coupled with a great sense of humour and charming smile.
Our beloved traveling designer Hugo flew into the office for two days of design, catch-up and brain-storming. Boston, Miami, Dublin and Berlin – all in one week!
